Festa Italiana Salt Lake City is an annual celebration of Italian culture, cuisine, and heritage held in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The festival features live Italian music, traditional folk dance performances, authentic Italian food from local vendors, and cultural exhibits showcasing Italy’s rich history. The event brings together the community to experience the vibrant traditions of Italy in a lively and festive atmosphere.
I reworked the Festa Italiana logo with the goal of blending tradition and celebration into something that feels both timeless and alive. The script lettering nods to classic Italian forms, with just enough movement to give it energy and flow. The bold red backdrop brings in a sense of warmth and passion—hallmarks of Italian culture—while the clean white type keeps it crisp and inviting. It’s a simple mark, but it carries the spirit of the festival: joyful, expressive, and rooted in heritage.
